Our instructors

At Empire Training Center we believe that in order to get the best results you have to start with instructors that have achieved the highest levels of success in their field of instruction. With a combined total of 25 year experience in the mixed martial industry our staff of highly trained professional instructors have the experience and expertise necessary to train our students in basic skills or the advanced techniques used by professional M.M.A fighters.

Joe Herrera

This will be a few paragraphs that will briefly describe the instructor his qualifications and lead to their bio page. From each of the instructors I will need about 2 and a half to three pages of material on them self that they would like to have on this page and the bio page also. I have started writing the class pages and have enough material to complete them. I have already finished the layout and text for the cardio kickboxing class. Take a look at the way the cardio kickboxing page is laid out if you like the layout we will keep it for all of the classes. I believe there is room on each class page for six videos. I have ones I got off YouTube holding their place in the page. We have two options when it comes to these videos the first would be to use video shot by me or I have software that will turn still images into flash style video that will work also. However if we use regular video we can upload it
