This terms of use policy sets forth the standards of use of Empire Training Center's online services. By using www.empiremma.com you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. 1. Description of Service Empire Training Center provides its members with Mixed Martial Arts training services under monthly membership plans. That vary in price depending on the plan you choose. The member must provide their own personal equipment used in the course of training. If you do not have the proper equipment for the classes you have chosen you may purchase the necessary equipment from Empire Training Center at discounted prices, but personal equipment is not included in the price of your membership plan.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties This site is provided by Empire Training Center on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empire Training Center makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the use or the results of this website in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Empire Training Center shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this website. Empire Training Center disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Modification or Interruption of Services Empire Training Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue a service with or without notice to its members. Empire Training Center shall not be liable to its members or any third party should Empire Training Center exercise its right to modify or discontinue a service. Members acknowledge and accept that Empire Training Center does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside our control.
